If you are not totally satisfied with any Xerox equipment acquired by you, Xerox will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model, or with a machine with comparable features and capabilities. This guarantee will be effective for 3 years with an Outright Purchase, or 5 years with a Xerox Lease or XBS Operating Lease.
